More Class Info

"Our bodies innately know how to birth our babies. You have within you all the strength, resilience and peace you need to enjoy a truly empowering and positive birth experience. Hypnobirthing can help you tap into these infinite natural resources." ~ Anthonissa Moger

"Birth is the last frontier in women's struggle for freedom. Women must be able to birth as they wish." Lorne Campbell, M.D.

You will learn to use self-hypnosis, guided imagery, and breathing techniques that can help to bring about a shorter, easier, more comfortable birthing experience.
